The protagonist of these days is the North African carnival anticyclone which brings peaks of 25 degrees over Sardinia and some regions of southern Italy. But after days that saw temperatures well above average, a gradual drop in temperatures returned.

From tomorrow the high pressure will creak under the pressure of a Spanish perturbation: a decisive worsening is expected in our country from Thursday , for at least 4-5 days: the rain will return to the North, especially at the weekend, even intense; we will see snow in the mountains more widely from Sunday, when temperatures will tend to drop by a few degrees everywhere.

Until Saturday, the thermometer will show autumn values, with highs of up to 25°C in Sardinia and up to 22°C in the extreme southern regions.

From Sunday, if the trend is confirmed, a drop in temperatures which between the end of February and the first week of March could become winter again: a sort of weather "turnaround".
