Three orders by Daspo , one against a 14-year-old, were issued by the police commissioner of Sassari in relation to the riots that took place on 23 October last at the sports field in via Leoncavallo.

That day the match was underway between ASD Academy Latte Dolce and Alghero Calcio as part of the U17 regional Allievi championship.

Recipients are a Sassarese , already known to the police, for the duration of two years, his son - a young athlete registered in the Junior team of one of the two teams - for a year, and a resident of Porto Torres, parent of one of the players .

During the match, the latter had begun to insult and threaten the referee heavily, attributing to him alleged errors in the direction of the match, announcing that at the end he would attack him. Then he had confronted an observer from the Italian referees' association (AIA - FIGC), who was in the stands, who, to protect the referee, had taken some photos to document what happened. He had threatened and yanked him, almost making him lose his balance, and exposing him to the risk of a disastrous fall from the bleachers, finally trying to take possession of his cell phone with which the shots had been taken.

The observer, who had tried to leave, was immediately reached and surrounded outside the stadium by about fifteen fans, with a hostile attitude; while a man was heading towards the victim to attack him, a young man tried to punch him in the face, but the observer managed to dodge them due to his quick reflexes.

The group of troublemakers had left shortly before the arrival of the police.

The investigations that led to the identification of those responsible for the unrest and the preliminary activities were carried out by the policemen of the Digos and the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Sassari Police Headquarters.

With the Daspo, everyone has been banned, for the prescribed duration, from accessing places where football sporting events are held , including friendly ones, played, even abroad, by the Italian national teams, by teams playing in the various championships professional, semi-professional and amateur football. Finally, during the day of the competitions, access to or stopping at all places involved in the stop, transit or transport of those participating in or attending the competitions was prohibited.

The violation of the prohibitions allows the arrest in flagrante delicto.

The investigations are not finished: searches continue to identify the other participants in the riots.
