The villa on the Costa Smeralda where the former governor of Lombardy Roberto Formigoni spent his holidays is going up for auction .

Villa Li Grazii, thirteen rooms on 480 square meters, with swimming pool and a covered patio in a 200-hectare area in Porto Cervo , on the hill overlooking the gulf of Pevero and Cala di Volpe, will be sold for 4.2 million euros (minimum offer 3.1).

Corriere della Sera reports. Formigoni spent his holidays with his family in the luxurious mansion, before the confiscation that took place over ten years ago in relation to the Maugeri-San Raffaele case, for which the former president of the Lombardy Region was sentenced to five years in prison .

The villa, owned by the State Property Agency, is now in a state of abandonment and falling to pieces; in 2017 it was even occupied for a day by a Roma family. It will be sold at the auction at the end of June managed by i-resales – Real Estate Company.
