He won the exceptional jury with Terra mia: «A bread that is made up of elements that have characterized my training and some strongly belong to my land - he says - takes inspiration from tradition and faces new ideas in baking: flour durum wheat, rye and spelled flavored with lard, sausage macerated in myrtle liqueur and wild thyme". A bread that can be eaten like bruschetta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, perhaps with a piece of cheese. If accompanied with chestnut and strawberry tree honey it becomes a delicious dessert.

Third place with the classic bread, carasau (su pigiolu, as it is called in Urzulei) the one her grandmother taught her. Baking chefs from all regions participated in the competition organized by the international federation Fipgc (international pastry, ice cream and chocolate federation).
