Medical visits and perhaps initial interviews with investigators this afternoon for Valentina
Greco, the forty-two-year-old woman from Cagliari who disappeared for about ten days in Tunisia and was found by the gendarmerie inside her home on Saturday. The woman, who, according to initial reports from her mother , was found unconscious in a closet, remains hospitalized.

"The girl is not alone; she is receiving 100% assistance from the Italian consulate and embassy. She will not be questioned by magistrates, but by the gendarmerie to close the report . And Valentina will likely reiterate what she has already said," said Gianfranco Piscitelli, the Sardinian representative for Penelope, the association that has been working on Valentina Greco's case in recent days.

"Our task as an association was completed with Valentina's discovery," Piscitelli explains. "Now, as a lawyer, I'm in constant contact with her brother, who is in Tunisia. Valentina should be released today. And it's important, after her hearing, that she return to Italy as soon as possible ."

Piscitelli points out: " The visits there are also paid for, so the best thing to do now is just go home . Also, to get some peace and quiet, since Valentina is undoubtedly psychologically affected by this situation. We'll evaluate the rest calmly."
