After the Ferrari and Lamborghini were released from seizure, five other vehicles were also returned to the DR7 car dealership: two Porsche Cayennes, a Porsche Macan, a Mercedes AMG, and a Fiat Ducato Maxi. These vehicles were at the center of a legal case in which the Cagliari-based company was not involved, and indeed was the injured party. The decision was made by the First Criminal Section of the Cagliari Court, sitting in chambers, with a ruling signed by the presiding judge, Simone Nespoli. The cars can now be returned to the dealership on Viale Marconi.

DR7 found itself, against its will, at the center of a legal case involving transactions carried out through intermediaries and brokers in the European automotive market. In July, police showed up at the company's headquarters to seize several luxury cars. The company maintained its innocence by providing documentation to reconstruct the facts.

At the beginning of August, the Ferrari and Lamborghini were released from seizure. Now, five more vehicles have been released. "DR7 was allegedly involved as an injured party in transactions in which some intermediaries failed to fulfill their payment obligations for the vehicles," the Viale Marconi company announced. "We chose from the beginning to respect the authorities' work, cooperate, and wait for every element to be verified by the relevant authorities. We will continue to do so."
