A dog left unattended attacked a person, biting him and sending him to hospital.
The episode occurred in Uta and the police, after the complaint presented by the victim, a 66-year-old, reported a 55-year-old man for personal injury and failure to keep and mishandle animals.
The dog, a mixed breed, is in fact owned by the man, who left him free on the street, effectively allowing him to attack the unfortunate 66-year-old, who ended up in the emergency room of the Monserrato Polyclinic.
