Uta, fire in a warehouse: firefighters save a furniture warehouse
The Cagliari and Iglesias teams avoid major damage
Fire late today in via Bascus Argius, in Uta. The flames broke out in the shed of a metal carpentry business. The structure was seriously damaged.
The firefighters of the Cagliari command and the Iglesias detachment have been at work since 8.40 pm and managed to prevent the fire from reaching a furniture warehouse.
At the end of the safety operations, the operators will start investigations to establish the probable causes of the fire. At the moment there are no people involved.
