Urzulei, motorbike against car on the old 125: one dead

Tragedy, around 2pm today, along state road 125, in the Urzulei area.

A 54-year-old Austrian rider lost his life after being thrown onto the asphalt after his motorbike collided with a car. His condition immediately appeared very serious, the attempts made by the 118 staff to save his life were useless.

Echo Lima 3, the Areus helicopter based in Elmas, was also raised from the plant and landed near the Babai bar, where the accident occurred.

The Lanusei traffic police are carrying out the investigations and, in support, the Carabinieri of the Lanusei company and the Tortolì firefighters have also arrived on site.
