Tuna, salmon, shrimp, molluscs and other species: 150 kilos of untraceable fish products were discovered during the night by the fishing control centre of the Port Authority of Cagliari, which carried out an inspection in a self-service restaurant serving oriental cuisine in the northern industrial area of Cagliari.

For the violation, the administrators of the business were fined 1500 euros and the goods were seized.

The activity was conducted with staff from the ASL of Cagliari, Food Hygiene and Nutrition Service.
