Under house arrest in Carbonia, but the police catch him walking through the streets of the center

He was under house arrest , but was caught by the police while walking through the streets of the centre .

It happened in Carbonia where the fugitive in question, a 24-year-old local , was unable to answer when asked by the military whether he had a permit or any reason for being outside his home.

The young man was then taken to court where the immediate trial is scheduled today .
