In Seui there is a woman who is a true force of nature. Livia Caredda is 96 years old, she was born on 22 October 1926 into a family of farmers. He leaves school at the age of 8. Thus began to help his father in the cultivation of fields and vineyards. And it hasn't stopped since.

He married in December 1950 with Ferdinando Caredda in Esterzili, where he lived for several years. He has 5 children: Annamaria, Antonella, Carminetta and Luciana (the latter two died at a young age) and Ferdinando, born a few months after his father's death in 1960.

Widowed, with a strong and proud character, tzia Livia returns to Seui and continues to devote herself to the care of the land and vineyards, producing and selling wine in order to support her children.
She lives alone, because she is completely autonomous. He continues to take care of the two vineyards and a small vegetable garden.

Its grounds are among the highest in the country : every day the old woman - at the registry office, at least - travels four kilometers on foot to reach them. Uphill.
