Bosa celebrated Tziu Franziscu Sedda, who turned 104 on Christmas Eve.

Originally from Gavoi, it is one of the historical memories of the town and of the whole island. It has gone through the two great wars and now also the pandemic.

"A clarity, a sweet, serene, aware face, the result of the experience gained through two world wars, a life of sacrifices and work, an iron memory, a marriage in old age and a great desire to tell his story", so speaks of him the mayor Piero Casula.

"He is beauty personified," added the mayor. "Humility and respect for institutions to make us feel small and he is a giant".
