Tragedy during the night in San Sperate.
A 26-year-old worker, Hamza El Hail, of Moroccan origin and resident in the village, died after the van of the food transport company for which he worked went off the road around 3 am.
The violent impact against a fence and some trees on Via Giardini left him no escape.
The Cagliari firefighters, the 118 paramedics who could only confirm the death, and the Carabinieri from the San Sperate station, who carried out the investigations, arrived on site.
