Tornado, rain and hail in Senorbì, 300 thousand euros of damage for the Trexenta winery

Three hundred thousand euros in damages . The day after the terrible tornado that hit Senorbì for over forty interminable minutes, it is time to take stock for the Cantina Trexenta , with the management of the winemakers' social cooperative forced to roll up their sleeves to take action as quickly as possible. Several 3000 hectolitre tanks are seriously damaged and unstable, damage also in a mixer and on the photovoltaic roof . Rain, wind and hail hit the roof of the 800 square metre warehouse in via Piemonte, where the intervention of the Fire Brigade was necessary to secure the area and prevent   further consequences.

«We are working to determine the relaunch of this important company, what happened does not help us but it certainly will not interrupt our project», says the director of Cantina Trexenta, Renzo Secci .
