The plane had just taken off but there were too lively children on board. And the mother, instead of intervening, argued with the hostess who was trying to restore calm. So the pilot reversed course and turned back.

It happened on Monday afternoon on Volotea's Olbia -Fiumicino flight.

The protagonist is a South American tourist who had spent a holiday in Gallura with her two children aged two and four. The plane should have left around 5pm, but was delayed for two hours.

Already during take-off the first problems would have been registered: the minors were agitated and did not want to sit down and fasten their seat belts. A stewardess approached the mother and allegedly tried to explain to her that she had to convince the children to respect the safety rules. An argument would break out.

The traveler, according to the reconstruction being examined by the investigators, would have thrown the phone at the flight attendant. her version is that it just fell on her. The plane had already been in the air for about twenty minutes. The hostess told what had just happened to the commander who decided to return to the Olbia airport. Waiting for the tourist were border police officers who are dealing with the case. The traveller, who has denied all the charges, now faces fines.
