Todde's sign at Sardinia Pride: «He's a pain in the neck with fascists»
The President of the Region reiterates the concept on TV: «Giorgia Meloni must clean up her people, it's not just folklore»Per restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
"Instead of attacking journalists, he should clean up his own context." This is how Alessandra Todde refers to the Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, who harshly criticized the Fanpage investigation which brought out an undergrowth of nostalgic fascists among the young people of Fratelli d'Italia: «Infiltrating party meetings is regime stuff », said the prime minister, referring to the videos showing hymns to the Duce and re-enactments of the most vulgar right-wing extremism.
«What strikes me», added Alessandra Todde in an interview with Sky, «is that while we try to pass off these expressions that we have heard and seen as accidents, as folklore, these are instead the clear demonstration that the neo-fascist context is very strong".
Meloni «during the election campaign he mocked me by saying that my program included anti-fascism. Well, I say it proudly and I claim it: we are anti-fascists."
On TV, the President of the Region articulated a message that, in a more direct way, she had conveyed yesterday during Sardinia Pride: Todde was the main float, together with the mayor of Cagliari Massimo Zedda. At one point he showed a sign that read "this pain in the ass of the fascists".
A motto now. It takes up a statement from an ordinary citizen, Ivano Ceccarelli, from Rocca di Papa. He had uttered it on the occasion of a Casapound demonstration against the arrival of a group of immigrants, disembarked from Diciotti, in that centre: «...' these bastards, who in addition to having done the voyage, the stop... now they spend even ten hours on the bus, and when they get here they also have to enjoy this pain in the ass of the fascists." Words that have become a slogan.
