He breaks the electronic bracelet and violates the ban on approaching his children and wife, issued due to recent episodes of domestic violence .
It happened in Thiesi yesterday when the Carabinieri saw that the bracelet alarm had been activated and the soldiers who immediately intervened found that the man had cut the instrument in two parts using pliers .
Once arrested, he was taken first to Bonorva and then this morning to the court in Sassari for the immediate trial. Judge Monia Adami validated the arrest and ordered the same precautionary measure as before: prohibition from approaching his minor children and his wife with the application of an electronic bracelet . The man is defended by the lawyer Paola Alessandra Pittalis.
