There is the Cagliari marathon breathe, tomorrow December 4 in Cagliari : the ordinance of the Municipality arrives which regulates the viability to allow the safe passage of the athletes.

Starting from midnight and until 2 pm on Sunday, a parking ban with removal is established in the following streets:

  • avenue Diaz;
  • Piazza Marco Polo (half moon only);
  • via degli Sport;
  • via Pirastu (from via Campidano to viale Diaz in the same direction);
  • via Roma arcades (from piazza Amendola to via Sassari);
  • largo Carlo Felice (on both sides and central car parks);
  • corso Vittorio Emanuele II (from via Caprera to viale Trento);
  • piazza Annunziata;
  • piazza Yenne from number 38 to number 43
  • viale Trento (in both directions);
  • viale S. Avendrace (in both directions from Viale Trento to Via Flumendosa)
  • viale Trieste (in both directions from via Pola to viale S. Avendrace);
  • via Renzo Frau;
  • viale Trieste right lane from via Pola to via Roma extension in the same direction of travel);
  • via Roma (extension from viale Trieste to via Maddalena);
  • via Roma (in both directions from via Maddalena to via Sassari);
  • via Caboto (in the section between Molo S. Elmo and viale Diaz, Fiera side).

During the passage of the competitors, until the end, circulation will be suspended in all the arteries included within the perimeter consisting of Largo Carlo Felice, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Viale Trento, Viale Sant'Avendrace, Viale Trieste, Via Roma extension, via Roma in front of Palazzo Civico, but also in the following streets:

  • viale Diaz (both semi-carriageways from piazza Scopigno to piazza Amendola);
  • piazza Marco Polo (excluding the rest area);
  • via Messina from via Firenze;
  • via Caboto from viale Colombo;
  • via Syracuse from via Palermo;
  • via Catania (from via Palermo towards viale Diaz);
  • via Degli Sport;
  • via Monte Mixi (towards viale Diaz);
  • viale Cimitero (from viale Bonaria to viale Diaz);
  • via Sonnino (from viale Bonaria to viale Diaz);
  • via Pirastu (from via Campidano to viale Diaz in the same direction);

  • viale Diaz (from via Rockefeller to piazza Scopigno)

  • viale Campioni d'Italia 1969/1970 (from piazza Scopigno to via Fiorelli);
  • viale Poetto (from via Tramontana to piazza Arcipelaghi);
  • piazza Arcipelaghi (from viale Poetto to the Poetto waterfront);
  • via La Palma (from the park entrance to the La Palma bridge cycle path entrance);
  • descent of the Fair
  • descent of the Trinitarians
  • via Caboto

The ordinance also provides for the U-turn, always in the 7-14 range of some roads. In particular:

  • via Caboto (from Calata dei Trinitari to piazza Marco Polo, in the semi-carriageway opposite to the one affected by the event, to allow transit on the link road in the direction of viale Ferrara)
  • via Sassari (from via Roma to viale La Playa)
