Great enthusiasm for young students of the Tula lower secondary school, guests of the Ozieri carabinieri yesterday morning.

Around 40 young people were welcomed early in the morning by Commander Major Gabriele Tronca and the other soldiers of the department. During the visit, the children also participated in a debate focused on the topics of bullying at school and cyberbullying online .

The boys were then shown some equipment and supplies that the Carabinieri use during service : the presentation made by Marshal Maurizio Carta, Commander of the Tula Station and former Commander of the Radiomobile Wing of the Ozieri Company, was much appreciated , who showed to the children the functioning of the complex on-board equipment of the new Alfa Giulia supplied to the Army.

The visit concluded with the appearance in the skies of the powerful twin-turbine Agusta Bell 412, code-named “Fiamma”, piloted directly by Pilot Colonel Domenica Savino – Commander of the 10th Helicopter Unit of Olbia – engaged in an aerial reconnaissance in the vicinity of Ozieri and who made a short stop to greet the visiting students "on the fly".
