It is the latest "creature" of the Nuoro artist Nicola Urru, one of the most charismatic female figures of ancient Egypt. An icon of beauty and power, it appears sculpted on the beach of Platamona. Nefertiti is the new wonderful sand work created on the Sorso coast, an almost divine image, a sovereign known for her charm, endowed with unquestionable intellect and ingenuity, qualities that made her the most desirable woman in the world.
The “Lady of all Lands” was the most important of Ramesses II's wives and for more than twenty years she was one of the pre-eminent figures in Egyptian politics.
