The Surveillance Court revoked the permit to reach the workplace of Luicio Marzo , who confessed to the murder of his girlfriend Noemi Durini, which occurred in 2017 in Castrignano del Capo (Lecce), and was detained in the Quartucciu Penal Institute for Juveniles .

The young man, now 24 years old, was on leave to carry out a work activity in Sarroch , among the judge's prescriptions also the ban on using motorized roads.

A month ago, last August 11th to be precise, he was stopped in Cagliari by the traffic police. Marzo did not stop at the halt and attempted to escape first by car and then on foot, before being stopped . In addition to violating the prescription, he also tested positive on the breathalyzer , and a complaint was also made against him.

The news came like a bolt from the blue for Imma Rizzo, mother of Noemi Durini : «A tear in my heart – she said -, I didn't know anything, when I read the news I had a drop in blood pressure, the world collapsed around me » . And again: "It is not possible for someone who commits such a serious crime to go for a walk after less than six years, we good people cannot surround ourselves with these human scum."

As the days went by, the battle to revoke the permit became political: the Equality councilor of the Province of Lecce Filomena D'Antini had also appealed to Minister Nordio , asking to remove those responsible for feminicides from the possibility of obtaining bonus permits.

Yesterday the judge's decision revoked the permit that Lucio Marzo had obtained less than six years after the terrible crime committed in the Salento countryside.
