World of culture in mourning, in Cagliari : at the age of 61, Roberto "Roby" Anedda, one of the best known photographers in the city, author of numerous shots on the occasion of the main festivals, suddenly passed away during the night events and the feast of Sant'Efisio.

He was at home with the flu and this morning he didn't answer anyone who called him. Then the discovery, which threw the large community of friends, acquaintances and relatives into despair.

Anedda wrote about himself: «I started shooting early, at the age of 7 for Christmas they gave me a James Bond briefcase, it contained everything a child could want, a pistol with cartridges, handcuffs, a lens to see footprints, a clock with many hands. But the really fantastic thing in that case was a perfect copy of a camera, the copy of a famous twin lens, the twin lens rolley, a toy, but perfectly functional if you put the 6x6 film in it, I still have the photos taken with that wonderful toy that ignited the spark of the little photographer in me».

He leaves behind two children and a dismayed community.
