The great heat returns to Sardinia: temperatures above 40 degrees are expected

In a few hours the alert for adverse weather conditions will be triggered in Sardinia.

The decentralized functional center of the Civil Protection has issued a warning valid from 12pm tomorrow, Saturday 16 September, until 6pm on Monday.

Temperatures on the island, it is explained, will gradually increase. In fact, temperatures above 40 degrees are expected in the western sector, while minimum values will be above 25°C and locally above 28°C.

The recommendation is always not to go out during the hottest hours (between 12pm and 6pm), particularly for those at risk, and protect yourself from the heat.
