The Council of Ministers challenged the Omnibus law approved by the Regional Council last October. This is the thirteenth Sardinian law passed in this legislature against which the Government appeals before the Constitutional Court.

"Some provisions - reads the Cdm press release - exceeding the powers attributed to the Sardinia Region by the Special Statute of Autonomy, violate articles 3, 9, 81 (third paragraph), 97, 117 (first paragraph, second paragraph letter c, h , les; third paragraph, 119) of the Constitution and the principle of loyal collaboration ".

On the basis of the rules of the Charter violated, and the observations made in recent days by the ministries of culture and economy, it can be deduced that one of the rejected articles of the omnibus is 13, where the non-building of wetlands is no longer contemplated. The other comments concerned a number of staff rules.
