The first roadside methane distributor, namely CNG/LNG (compressed natural gas/liquefied natural gas), built in Sardinia, is operational.

It is located in the metropolitan city of Cagliari, along the road to Elmas airport.

After checking the plant, officials from the Cagliari Customs Office (Adm) issued the tax license.

The refueling area includes two columns, one for the supply of LNG which will be used for heavy vehicles and one for the supply of CNG for light vehicle traffic.

The plant consists of a cryogenic natural gas storage tank, with a vertical axis, approximately 15 meters high, capable of containing approximately 80 cubic meters of product and a distribution plant of the Isola Gas Company.
