The complaint: "Sudden transfers and non-compliant offices in the Laore office in Cagliari"
The grassroots general union: employees moved from one office to another without justification. And there is also the demonstration of suitable candidates never called to workPer restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
Among those who work there, there are those who tell of harassment, sudden transfers and workplaces that are not up to standard. Then there are those who could enter it: they are suitable, but remain cut off because the rankings are not used and competitions are held for the same professional figures.
The denunciation of what is happening inside (and outside) Laore, an agency for the implementation of regional programs in the agricultural field and for rural development with 800 employees, comes from the grassroots general union, with a note sent by the representative of the workers, Luca Locci.
For employees "not having fathers and godparents means the beginning of the via crucis, or 'hidden' human removals without any warning", reads a note. Today «once again the worker takes up his duties finding all his documentation inside boxes and cartons. His PC has been moved.' Not only. Locci points out that "the bathrooms have uneven tiles, the balconies are wrapped in a net, the offices are overcrowded and full of fire-risk boxes".
In via Caprera in Cagliari , the agency's headquarters, five floors are occupied by Argea "and it is not clear why the Region does not use the spaces of the now abandoned former Department of Transport, in front".
Hence the appeal to the extraordinary commissioner, Mimmo Solina, to "put an end to these attitudes that "smell" more of retaliatory attitudes than of corporate reorganization".
The union also takes to the streets the suitable ones in the ranking who are not called: on December 21 at 10 they will be in front of the regional council "to protest against the Ras competition factory".
