Over 23 million euros on the plate. And two giants ready to handle them. But the project financing launched by the Sardinian sea port authority for the modernization, efficiency and management of all the lighting systems of the island's ports was not successful: the tender was not awarded.

The process had been started in April, with an open procedure for "the awarding of the concession for the management of the lighting systems of the Sardinian Sea Port System Authority, through Project Financing, subject to redevelopment, energy efficiency and regulatory compliance" .

The match was worth 23,313,819 euros. According to the minutes of the commission, appointed in October, the promoters of the projetc, Coopservice and Tepor united in joint venture, presented a project that not only did not improve the one put at the basis of the tender, but was also "pejorative".

The members of the commission, according to the documents, "have considered that the offer does not meet the requirements of the call for tenders as it is not an improvement with respect to the project based on the tender, not providing for breakdown maintenance, included in the project feasibility approved". The verdict was issued in recent days: no assignments.
