A 17-year-old girl has filed a civil action against the man accused of attempting to rape her . The trial (abbreviated) began today in Tempio and the defense (Esmeralda Puxeddu and Gianfranco Grosso) obtained a psychiatric assessment on the suspect.

The events date back two years (the alleged victim was 15 years old) and occurred in a center in Alta Gallura . Under accusation is a 30-year-old man from Cagliari , who has long lived in Arzachena. The alleged sexual assault was followed (according to the indictment) by a brutal beating . The victim was apparently dragged into a garage.

The little girl would have screamed and asked for help several times, in tears . The man, after throwing her to the ground, tried to undress her. The very young student would have defended herself and at that point the brutal reaction would have been triggered by the alleged attacker who would have hit the girl with several punches and then repeatedly slammed the back of her head on the floor .

In the end, according to the Carabinieri investigations, the victim managed to escape . The girl's family is assisted by the lawyer Alberto Sechi. Judge Marcella Pinna rejected the request to revoke house arrest.
