Stintino, the search for the missing fisherman resumes: a major deployment of law enforcement.

The search has resumed in Stintino for Marcello Fini, the 32-year-old man from Sassari who was swept away by the waves while fishing on the cliffs of Valle della Luna , one of the most treacherous spots on the Stintino coast. The bodybuilder and fishing enthusiast had gone to the scene yesterday morning with the necessary equipment, after parking his car, a Dacia Duster, in the "Scoglietti" area.

It was here that the car was found, containing the documents that allowed him to be identified. Around 9:30 a.m., some German tourists spotted him in distress at sea, amidst sea and weather conditions that also hampered the search. Operations continued unabated, and this morning, sea conditions permitting, the search was resumed with a large-scale deployment of law enforcement at the request of the Porto Torres Coast Guard and the Sassari Fire Brigade . Coast Guard and Red Helmets helicopters are also on the scene.
