The financiers of the Provincial Command of Milan are seizing assets up to 27 million euros from Feres , the employment agency, and from the legal representative and the de facto administrator accused of undue compensation of taxes equal to the same amount as Judge Domenico Santoro ordered the preventive seizure.
The investigation, coordinated by the Milan prosecutor Maurizio Asciole and by the adjunct Maurizio Romanelli, was conducted by the Economic-Financial Police Unit of Milan, was born from the investigation of multiple reports of suspicious operations for anti -money laundering purposes, whose outcomes made it possible to ascertain a complex fraud mechanism based on the offsetting of debts, mostly of a social security nature, with non-existent "research and development" and "VAT" tax credits.
The investigations revealed, in addition to the alleged fraud for over 27 million through the use of fictitious tax credits, that the de facto director of Feres - apparently having no property and residing in the Cagliari area - over the years has accrued a debt position towards the Tax of approximately 35 million euros .
On the other hand, the subsequent investigations carried out made it possible to document the possession of a large real estate portfolio whose ownership was artificially "shielded" by means of a trust , based in Cagliari , called "Elicrisio".
Among the people involved in the investigation of the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, in addition to the de facto and legal representatives of Feres, there are also some professionals operating in the province of Rome , recipients of search orders because they are under investigation for having issued invoices for non-existent operations involving subject to consultancy carried out in relation to the employment agency, with the sole purpose of draining liquidity from the company accounts.
