Tari “mess” in Oristano: 14 Municipalities have not published the rates: bills to be cancelled?

The sentence does not leave many interpretations: "There are no resolutions approving the rates relating to the tax". The tax in question is the Tari, which many Municipalities have applied incorrectly.
In the province of Oristano in 2024, it was not only the Municipality of Arborea that did not publish the rates on the Fiscal Federalism portal, an act required by law since 2021. But also the Municipalities of Fordongianus, Curcuris, Allai, Busachi, Mogorella, Montresta, Nureci, Ollastra, Ruinas, Senis, Sorradile, Tinnura, Villa Sant'antonio and Villa Verde .
This is what the website of the Ministry of Economy and Finance shows. A total of 15 Municipalities failed. This would therefore be a failure to comply that would nullify the bills already paid . Failure to publish the Tari rates for the year 2024 by October 14 would in fact result in the ineffectiveness of the administrative act. The law provides that in these cases the rates of the previous year must be applied, therefore those of 2023. This is why, for example in the case of Arborea, the minority in recent days has asked the administrators to reimburse those who have already fulfilled the payment of the municipal tax. The case of the Municipality of Montresta is curious.
The Ministry website states that for 2024 the Tari rates are inapplicable because they were published after October 28. Also from the Ministry website it appears that the Municipality of Arborea did not send the documentation even in 2022.
