The superbonus 110% made a bang in Sardinia: it is the third region for asseverations filed in relation to the population. As at 31 January there were 13,178 certifications for building interventions carried out. Which, translated into a nutshell, are worth 2,029,009,441 euros (over two billion) of investments eligible for deduction and 1,499,683,818 (almost one and a half billion) of works completed and eligible for the discount.

Impressive sums reported by Enea (the national agency for energy efficiency) in collaboration with the Ministry of Ecological Transition.

Therefore, on the island there is a superbonus for every 124 inhabitants. More requests are recorded only in Veneto (one for every 105 residents) and Friuli Venezia Giulia (119). Throughout Italy, at the end of last month, there were just over 372,000 sworn statements, with an average of one for every 158 inhabitants. That of Sardinia is much higher.

On the island, above all, the owners of single-family buildings (9,553) or functionally independent real estate units (2,905) threw themselves headlong into the possibility of completely renovating their homes, with an efficient energy system. Much lower, especially when compared to other regions, the figure that comes from condominiums, which stopped at 720 sworn statements.

In recent days, the government has imposed a tightening: from Friday 17 February, the exercise of the credit transfer and invoice discount options is prohibited. Only those who have started the building works by 16 February inclusive can avoid the squeeze.
