With good weather and calm seas the landings of migrants on the Sulcis coasts return .

During the night between Saturday and Sunday , a group of Algerians landed on the beach of Porto Pino , in the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi, shortly after midnight.

The group, made up of ten people including a woman and a minor , was taken into custody by the police of the Teulada station, alerted by some citizens. The migrants were transferred to the Monastir migrant centre.

Other migrants were intercepted during the night on the coast between Chia and Teulada by the naval operational section of the Guardia di Finanza.

And during yesterday morning, around 9:30, a group of sixteen Algerians landed on the small beach of Turri on the island of Sant'Antioco . The group after changing on the beach. After reports from some boaters present at sea and some citizens present on the coast, who alerted the police, the agents of the Sant'Antioco barracellare company arrived on site, and the agents of the Carbonia police station, together with the staff of Frontex. The group, after the ritual operations, was transferred to Monastir with an approved vehicle escorted by the police.

Further landings cannot be ruled out in the next few hours.
