Pain and grief for the tragic death of Fabio Deidda, the 46-year-old from Cagliari victim of a fatal illness during a soccer match with friends, on a pitch in via Watt, in Selargius.
The tragedy occurred on Monday evening, shortly after 20, when the 46-year-old suddenly collapsed on the field, probably suffering from a heart attack.
The first to help him were his friends, together with the managers of the sports facility.
Then the call to 118 and the intervention of the rescuers. The doctors tried to revive the man for half an hour, but unfortunately any attempt to save him proved useless.
The carabinieri are also in action, collecting the testimonies of those present useful for reconstructing the episode. Then the military broke the tragic news to family members, authorizing the removal of the body for the funeral.
