Sentinels on the beaches of the municipality of Stintino , the men of the barrage company under the command of Captain Gavino Depalmas , in carrying out targeted checks on the entire coast have kept a firm fist even in this season which records a slight decrease in the number of tourists. But the invasion does not spare the most delicate areas of the Stintino coast. And so the barracelli had to intervene to dislodge groups of people from the sand dunes of Ezzi Mannu beach .
Episodes that repeat themselves on time. With the aim of preserving this beautiful stretch of beach, the green uniforms sanctioned 48 people who parked their cars on the white sand dunes overlooking a breathtaking sea. On the wonderful La Pelosa jewel beach, however, the barracelli issued 78 sanctions for non-compliance with the Regulations for the use of beaches on the coast and 8 for non-payment of the entrance ticket to the lido where the limited number is in force.
A further 8 fines were imposed on street vendors for breaking the ban on beach trading; ten smokers were caught with a cigarette along the coast where smoking is prohibited, while 4 people were fined for not using the mat under the towel, a system designed to avoid the transport of sand. It is above all foreign tourists who violate the rules, with whom the agents find it difficult to obtain documents and personal details.
