The Municipality of Stintino obtained funding of 1.6 million euros for 14 Pnrr projects, approved for the restoration and enhancement of the architectural heritage and rural landscape .

These are interventions involving the areas of Ezzi Mannu, Nodigheddu, Pazzona and Preddu Nieddu, areas in which actions are envisaged in order to enhance the landscape quality of the territory and the implementation of innovative solutions, including technological ones, to improve the accessibility of our rural spaces. Furthermore, the recovery of the rural building heritage, combined with interventions to improve its energy efficiency, will contribute to the achievement of climate and environmental objectives, returning to the community and in many cases to public use, an underused building heritage that is not accessible to the public. The Municipality of Stintino is the first institution in Sardinia for the number of loans granted.

«The first signs of the collective action that we are carrying out in these first months of administration in the Municipality of Stintino. Networking with people, with entrepreneurs, with professionals to bring home this type of result," said the mayor of Stintino, Rita Vallebella .

«A few months ago we invited citizens for an informative and supportive meeting to stimulate participation in this tender of the PNRR and in the coming months the Stintino area will benefit from funding that will allow us to improve the quality of our cultural and landscape heritage and pursue the objectives that we set ourselves during our electoral campaign».

In September, on the initiative of the municipal administration, a meeting was held with agricultural entrepreneurs and owners of small cultural sites in the Stintino area for the development of a collective action for the participation of intervention proposals for the restoration and enhancement of the architectural and rural landscape to be financed under the Pnrr.
