Starting next week, Anas will remove the traffic diversion at the Nuraminis junction towards Cagliari, as part of the construction work on the new four-lane section of the SS 131 "Carlo Felice" state road between Monastir and Serrenti.

The removal of the restrictions will be possible following the completion of approximately 1 kilometer of new southbound carriageway, allowing the main road to reopen towards the capital. At the same time, the Nuraminis junction will be partially reopened to traffic, allowing exits from the state road towards Serramanna.

At the same time, completion work on the new route will continue, which includes, again starting next week, the construction of a drainage asphalt road between Villagreca and Nuraminis, also in the direction of Cagliari. These works will not interrupt traffic and will be carried out by alternating lane closures.

The scheduled opening to traffic is part of the ongoing work to upgrade ten kilometers of a new four-lane road between Monastir and Serrenti. The total investment is approximately €65 million. Completion of the entire stretch is expected by summer 2026.
