An illegal gun and a kilo and a half of explosives , including firecrackers and fireworks, hidden in the house and in the sheepfold. This is what was found in Sorgono by the Carabinieri, who arrested a 41-year-old farmer for possession of a clandestine weapon and explosives.

During the search, the men of the Arma found four paper bombs of different sizes, containing gunpowder, one of which with over 700 grams, with high destructive potential. In addition, 10 fireworks of category F4 were found, which can only be used by people with special qualifications, the so-called "qualified pyrotechnicians". A revolver without a brand or serial number and a 30 caliber cartridge were also seized.

The anti-sabotage bomb disposal squad of the Provincial Command of Nuoro intervened on the scene and proceeded to destroy the kilo and a half of explosive material. The gun and ammunition were seized, the man was arrested and taken to prison in Oristano .
