Snow and rain send the roads of Sardinia into a tailspin

Bad weather disrupts traffic on Sardinia's main roads.

The island has been divided in two since the early hours of the morning, due to the heavy snowfall in the Campeda area, which has created inconvenience and delays on the 131, at the height of Macomer, and also on the Statale 389. Several heavy vehicles were blocked.

Traffic problems also in the Cagliari area.

Difficult traffic in the early hours of the morning on the Asse Mediano, due to an accident which occurred at Genneruxi, where there was a rear-end collision caused by the road surface made wet by the rain.
