13 years have passed since the accident at work that cost the life of the Sassari worker Ilario Moro Merella . On 21 April 2010, the 46-year-old man was run over and killed by a bulldozer inside a construction site in Porto Pozzo (Santa Teresa Gallura) .
The manslaughter trial, celebrated in Tempio, is still in progress, we are not even close to the first degree sentence . Today, before the judge Nicola Bonante, the coroner Salvatore Lorenzoni, witness of the prosecutor Franca Cabiddu, deposed. The witness explained that the fatal injuries reported by the Sassari worker are the result of the accident.
