Tradition and innovation. Tradition is represented by the creation and use of Sicilian puppets, marionettes that mostly represent knights in armor and ladies. The innovation is that the show is “open scene”, you can see the puppeteers moving the strings to animate the characters. The appointment is for Friday at 8:30 pm in the Spazio Tev of Theatre en Vol with the company Figli d'Arte Cuticchio that brings to the stage “ La pazzia di Orlando ovvero il fantastico viaggio di Astolfo sulla luna”.

More than twenty years have passed since Mimmo Cuticchio enchanted Sassari with “Il Cunto”, a show about the exploits of the brave paladin Orlando, where the musical themes of the battle were combined with his powerful vocals capable of interpreting over forty characters.

This time it will be the heirs Giacomo Cuticchio, Giuseppe Graffeo and Tania Giordano who will bring to life with the puppets the amazing adventures of the Paladins of France , the war epic between Moors and Christians, the enchantments and spells of monsters and magicians, the love between Angelica and Medoro, the consequent loss of Orlando's sanity, and his cousin Astolfo who will reach the moon on the Hippogriff to recover it.

The event is included in the program of the theatre review of Theatre en Vol “Between dream and reality”.
