The 35-year-old, under investigation for manslaughter , culpable shipwreck and boat theft after the accident in which his cousin Davide Calvia died on April 12, made use of the option not to answer .
Pinna, who survived the shipwreck and was found alive after more than 24 hours in the water, was interrogated in the Carabinieri barracks of the Porto Torres Company by prosecutor Lara Senatore.
On leaving the barracks , neither Pinna nor the defense lawyer Luca Barrocu made any statements .
Pinna arrived at the barracks limping , he walked with the help of a crutch: « He is very emotionally and physically tried by what happened . He is completing the cycle of treatments that they prescribed for him », the lawyer had said before entering the barracks.
