Reprimands and occasional spankings, when the girls were doing some mischief, had become in the stories of the little girls real beatings, so much so that a criminal case was started against the young mother. Now, after a long trial, the 45-year-old mother has been acquitted with the broadest formula, because the fact does not exist, from the accusation of mistreatment and abuse of corruption methods.

The woman – shortly after the beginning of a difficult separation from her husband – had been accused of mistreatment and abuse of educational methods by her two daughters aged 6 and 7, suspected of having repeatedly slapped and spanked them, so much so that as the little girls grew up they had expressed the intention of no longer having relations with their mother.

The complaint was filed by the ex-husband, who was worried about the state of his daughters. The judges, after a long deliberation, decided to believe the reconstruction of the defendant.
