Severed horse heads on the asphalt of Highway 128: the macabre discovery
The remains noticed by numerous motorists near the Samatzai crossroads: the causes of their presence are unknown, the police are investigating
Two severed horse heads, abandoned on the asphalt. It is the macabre discovery made on State Road 128, at the junction for Samatzai.
Some motorists noticed the remains in the middle of the road yesterday.
The police and the local health authority were alerted: today the two heads were in the ditch, awaiting removal.
The force investigates the episode, to understand how the two horse heads ended up on the state road and, above all, why.
At the moment no hypothesis is ruled out. Not even that they could be slaughter waste. Certainly not a pretty sight. It's still a health problem.
