Seventh St. Peter: worker bites a carabiniere and runs away, arrested

An argument in a construction site, the carabinieri arrive and one of the protagonists of the dispute attacks one of the soldiers.

The protagonist of the story is a Nigerian worker who repeatedly bit the carabiniere in the arm, now hospitalized, with a serious laceration, for investigations. The soldier of the Quartu Mobile Radio Unit sustained a deep wound and could be subjected to surgery.

In vain, before the incident, the carabinieri of Quartu tried to calm the man who then lashed out at the soldier, managing to escape. For this reason, the colleagues of Monserrato and Selargius were also mobilized, who blocked and arrested the Nigerian for aggravated injuries. Finally, the transfer to the Uta prison.

The carabinieri, who act under the command of captains Michele Cerri, Gianni Russo and Lieutenant Ignazio Cabras, are now trying to trace the causes that led to the discussion.
