In the cellar of a building in the center of Sestu he kept 38 kg of marijuana, 16 of hashish , a precision slingbar, a vacuum machine and about 13 thousand euros hidden. Last night, however, he was discovered by the policemen of the Flying Squad of the Cagliari Police Headquarters who arrested him. It is an unsuspected 27-year-old dental technician from Assemini, with a clean record.

The Mobile agents, coordinated by the manager Fabrizio Mustaro, carried out a prolonged service of observation and shadowing of the young man who went continuously, for no apparent reason, to the basement in the center of Sestu despite living in Assemini .

The policemen found those movements suspicious and decided to search the place when the 27-year-old was about to enter the cellar for the umpteenth time. Stopped, before the start of the operations, carried out with the support of the dogs Grizzly and Abba of the canine unit of the Guardia di Finanza , the boy said he was a dental technician and that in the cellar he had the necessary material for the exercise of his profession .

The search went on and did not deceive Grizzly and Abba who immediately reported the presence of drugs and money: 38 kg of marijuana, 16 of hashish, a precision slingbar, a vacuum machine, the sum of about 13,000 euros which according to the Police are the proceeds of the dealing activity.

It is estimated that the total value of the drug, once placed on the market, would have been around 1 million euros.

Thanks to the nose of "Grizzly", the cash dog of the Guardia di Finanza, in the boy's house, in Assemini in a room used as a boiler, another 7,500 euros were found hidden in the pod holder of a coffee machine and inside a package of canned tuna . At the disposal of the prosecutor on duty, the 27-year-old Uta was brought in awaiting the validation hearing.
