Selargius, the body of the pensioner entrusted to the family for the funeral

The examination of the body of Massimo Marongiu, the 67-year-old pensioner from Cagliari who died on the 387 state road in the Selargius area, was carried out by the coroner professor Roberto Demontis .

The professional was instructed to carry out a series of laboratory tests, perhaps to understand if the victim may have been hit by an illness or if the same collision was instead caused by other causes.

Investigations on the cars involved in the collision are not to be excluded. Meanwhile, the body was made available to the family for the funeral.
