Selargius: returns to the house where he abused his mother and sister, denounced

The Carabinieri of Selargius have reported for violation of the provisions of removal from the family home and prohibition of approaching the places frequented by the offended person , a thirty-three-year-old local, known to the police.

The man had been subjected to the personal precautionary measure of removal from the family home with a provision dated December 31, issued by the Gip at the Court of the capital, because he mistreated his mother and sister .

On 9 April he returned home, without having been authorized in any way, then disappeared before the arrival of the carabinieri called by the suspect's mother.
