Night of violence in a house in Selargius : at one o'clock, alerted by the woman, the carabinieri of the Compagnia di Quartu rushed to the scene together with their colleagues from the Monserrato station, arresting a 35-year-old man, unemployed and with a clean record, for abuse in the family, violence and resistance to a public official.
The man, having returned home, went into a rage: he destroyed the inside of the house and attacked his mother, who managed to break free and escape, taking refuge with some relatives.
When the carabinieri arrived on the spot, the 35-year-old attacked them, also kicking a soldier in the chest who was trying to block him . Thanks to the slightest shock of a taser, the carabinieri managed to get the better of the agitated man, blocked him and took him to the Uta prison.
Then they questioned the mother, who opened up, referring to years of constant assaults and persecutions of her son , which led her to a state of fear and anxiety for her own safety. So the military activated the red code and advised the woman to go to an anti-violence center.
